Penny Lane Jaskulske — relocation real estate broker in Naples, Florida.
Most of Naples markets itself at the top of the price range. I work the part underneath it — the everyday Southwest Florida a lot of this market's marketing pretends isn't there.
I've been licensed 39 years and I'm a broker in two states. Thirty-five of those were in Wisconsin. Then I moved down here myself — so I know both ends of the move a lot of my clients are making.
WHO I WORK WITH
People relocating from the Midwest and Northeast who need to know what this costs once they own it, not just what it costs to buy — insurance, flood zones, HOA and condo fees, and the property tax bill that resets when a home changes hands. That one catches almost every out-of-state buyer.
First-time investors who want the process explained rather than handled over their heads.
Buyers looking at low-HOA and no-HOA communities, and manufactured homes on land they own — the genuinely affordable ways into this market. I live in a manufactured-home community myself.
Sellers who want an honest pricing conversation, not a number designed to win the listing.
HOW I WORK
Honesty comes first, even when it isn't what you want to hear — especially then. I'd rather walk you through a house on video and tell you it isn't the one than have you fly down for it.
Buyers get the process explained start to finish, property history, a market analysis before you offer, virtual tours, and weekly updates instead of silence between showings. Sellers get a pre-listing packet, photography and drone video included rather than as an upsell, personal tours of the homes you're competing against, and weekly updates through closing.
If you'd rather sign papers across a table than click through a screen, I'll come to you.
