Anthony “Tony” Spano is a California-born real estate broker who’s called Southwest Florida home since 1977. After selling Home & Design Magazine in 2018, he’s successfully pivoted to publishing targeted mailers for Realtors® so they have a better work/life balance. Moving to Babcock Ranch, he plans to geo-farm TerraWalk and Crescent Lakes and work on referrals for clients interested in communities outside the communities he specializes in. He will still work with select Realtors that want a better work/life balance using the same proven methods he plans on using for himself. He has several ways to finance Realtors that currently don't have the funds to invest in marketing.
